OUR RETURNS POLICY

Return for Refund

You may return your item for refund within 7 days of purchase, otherwise we will be unable to provide any refund. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging and purchase receipt. Any refunds made will be done using the original payment method. Any return costs such as postage must be covered by the customer and it is advisable to ensure that goods are fully insured for loss or damage.

Exchange an Item

If you wish to exchange your item for another item from our range, different size fitting or other reason, you can do so within 7 days of receipt of the item, otherwise we
will be unable to exchange your product. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging and purchase receipt. On receipt of your item for exchange, your replacement item will be despatched back to you, the timescale for which will be dependent on available stock. The Ranch Store will do their utmost to provide the same item but cannot be held responsible for any changes in the product which may have been made by the manufacturer from the time of ordering and thereafter to the time of exchange of item.

Please note that anything considered  ‘Special Order’ items, including body protectors, hats,etc cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed and are none returnable.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please telephone us as soon as possible upon receipt of the item, so that we can advise the returns procedure.

Returning your item

You can post the return item back to us using a postal/courier service of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange.
Where possible, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting.  Please note that The Ranch Store cannot be responsible for any posted items until they are received
back at The Ranch Store.
