Placing an order

Select your products, including the correct size and colour, and add them to your basket. You can review and correct your basket and contact details before paying. Orders are placed in English. Please give an accurate delivery address and email address. The checkout shows the total payable and available payment methods before you confirm payment. We send an order confirmation by email; please contact us promptly if you spot an error.

Prices and availability

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Goods are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods and any delivery charge that is no longer due. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

Delivery and collection

We deliver within the United Kingdom. See our shipping policy for rates, free-postage eligibility and shop collection details. Unless another timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Please wait for a ready-for-collection notification before travelling to collect an order.

Cancellations, returns and problems

We offer a 30-day returns window for unused items. Our returns and refund policy explains how to return goods, return costs, refunds and your online cancellation rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us using the details above. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Please keep your order confirmation and a copy of these terms; this page can be saved or printed. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not change rights under orders already placed.
