The details
These are Lemieux's fabulous Arena Alupro Stirrups. The stirrup bow is made of aluminium, while the opening arm is made of a special polyamide material. The stirrup pad is made of polyamide, too, and the tread is fabricated from stainless steel. The “AluPro” model, in principle, provides the same function as the Arena “HiFlex”, but it is based on different materials. There is a unique, stress-actuated locking and release mechanism located between the lower end of the outer, pivoting stirrup arm and the foot support plate/tread. Also there is an easy and reliable “one-click” re-engagement of the stirrup locking and release mechanism once triggered. Special Spring Effect Due to its design and construction which is based on flexible polymers, the stirrup conveys a less rigid and much more comfortable feeling to the rider than with conventional products The springing stirrup bow and foot support assembly is capable of effectively absorbing and compensating for short-term and sudden impacts exerted through the rider’s weight from the top, e. g. during posting, jumping or hacking Considerable benefits for the rider: strong relief of foot bottoms, ankles, knees and hips, therefore, also very interesting for riders suffering from orthopaedic problems.

UK delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and the total charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard postage

Postage depends on the product and size ordered. Our standard rates are £3.25 for eligible small parcels, £3.95 for tracked items, £6.95 for heavy or general items, and £4.95 for selected UK-only items. Some products qualify for free postage.

For an order containing items with different standard postage rates, the highest applicable standard rate is charged, rather than adding those rates together.

Qualifying orders of £50 or more receive free standard postage. Collection-only items remain collection-only, regardless of order value. Prices and postage include VAT where applicable.

Collection from the shop

Free collection is available where offered at checkout from The Ranch Store, Oak Tree Farm, Main Road, Westwood, Nottinghamshire, NG16 5HU.

Please wait for your ready-for-collection notification before travelling, and bring your order confirmation. Shop opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday, 9am–5pm. Closed Sunday.

Returns

30-day returns

Changed your mind? Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items returned under our extended returns offer must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to return an item

Email sales@theranchstore.co.uk or call 01773 607411, telling us your order number and the items you wish to return. Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, securely packed. Keep your proof of postage.

Return costs and refunds

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing time may apply.

Your online cancellation rights

You may cancel an online order without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery, then have a further 14 days to return it. Contact us using the details above. For a cancelled order, we refund the goods and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Extra delivery upgrades are not refunded. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit your statutory rights, including rights that continue after that period. This policy does not affect those rights.
