The details
This is a sumptuous Merino Wool GP/Jump saddle pads which is ideal for ponies with sensitive skin. It has been meticulously manufactured. The Merino wool from Premier Equine undergoes rigorous selection to ensure only the finest of premium fibres are used. The wool fibres are then knitted onto cotton yarn, using specialist machinery delivering consistency in quality and evenness under the saddle. Merino wool has the ability to absorb up to 30% of its own weight in moisture, wicking away sweat and helping your pony stay dry and comfortable under saddle. Real wool is still one of the most technically advanced natural materials in the world, it naturally provides antibacterial, hypoallergenic properties which means it can be used on even the most sensitive of horses. Technical features such as the 600-denier polyester girth cover provides anti-rub protection and double Velcro adjustable straps and adjustable D loop straps help with girthing. Decorative twisted ropes and a European style cut away hem give a stylish and sophisticated look. A truly high-class pony wool saddle pad suitable for everyday or competition use with the advantage of being fully machine washable. The spine design on this saddle pad has been developed to reduce pressure points and provide the best protection for your pony. With a larger surface area covering the entire under-seat panel region, the natural fibres will effectively wick away moisture from the skin, distribute pressure evenly and aid shock absorption. Clear-spine designs can cause pressure from seamlines, posing the potential for rubs, sores and uneven pressure distribution. To prevent this, all Premier Equine Merino Wool Saddle Pads no longer feature a clear-spine design to enhance comfort and protect your pony. Your Pony Merino Wool European GP/Jump Square has been carefully hand packaged in a complimentary, reusable zip-fastened storage bag to keep your tack room tidy when not in use and for easy carrying.

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and the total charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard postage

Postage depends on the product and size ordered. Our standard rates are £3.25 for eligible small parcels, £3.95 for tracked items, £6.95 for heavy or general items, and £4.95 for selected UK-only items. Some products qualify for free postage.

For an order containing items with different standard postage rates, the highest applicable standard rate is charged, rather than adding those rates together.

Qualifying orders of £50 or more receive free standard postage. Collection-only items remain collection-only, regardless of order value. Prices and postage include VAT where applicable.

Collection from the shop

Free collection is available where offered at checkout from The Ranch Store, Oak Tree Farm, Main Road, Westwood, Nottinghamshire, NG16 5HU.

Please wait for your ready-for-collection notification before travelling, and bring your order confirmation. Shop opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday, 9am–5pm. Closed Sunday.

Returns

30-day returns

Changed your mind? Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items returned under our extended returns offer must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to return an item

Email sales@theranchstore.co.uk or call 01773 607411, telling us your order number and the items you wish to return. Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, securely packed. Keep your proof of postage.

Return costs and refunds

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing time may apply.

Your online cancellation rights

You may cancel an online order without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery, then have a further 14 days to return it. Contact us using the details above. For a cancelled order, we refund the goods and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Extra delivery upgrades are not refunded. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit your statutory rights, including rights that continue after that period. This policy does not affect those rights.
